Brazee Court Residence
The design of this new home was inspired by the homeowners’ love of both traditional and modern elements. The house marries the two- feeling both new and unique while quite compatible in scale, material, and detail with its NE Portland neighborhood. The exterior, in clean black and white, recalls Portland four-squares and Prairie style homes while having unexpected inset porches with 8′ tall entry doors. The interior is airy and open. The palette is primarily whites, Calacatta marble, and brass. The five bedroom house also has a finished basement and garage with attached man-cave.
